These Terms of Service apply to your use of molonlabeammo.com and any purchase you make from Molon Labe Ammo, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company (“Molon Labe Ammo”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

What we sell

This store sells apparel and merchandise (such as hats, shirts and hoodies). We do not sell firearms or ammunition through this store.

Orders and pricing

• All prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout.
• Your order is an offer to buy; it is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, a price is listed in error or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, we will refund you in full.
• Product colors and placement may vary slightly from photos because each item is made to order.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers, such as PayPal. By placing an order you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Both are part of these terms. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the item is delivered to the carrier, but we will still help with lost or damaged packages as described in those policies.

Your account

If you create an account, keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Intellectual property

The Molon Labe Ammo name, logos, designs, photos and site content belong to Molon Labe Ammo, LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or resell them without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to hack, disrupt or overload it, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimers

Products are provided with the limited coverage described in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Except as stated there and to the extent allowed by law, the site and products are provided “as is” without other warranties.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
